The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus from 09.01.2002 N 90-З (as amended on 22.06.2018) " On consumer protection ".

How to make a refund?

You notify us by phone or email that you want to make a return and send things to the address:

After receiving the return, you will be sent the money spent on the purchase of the product (s) on our website, excluding postage.  

Money will be returned immediately after we receive the return. (In the event that it is not possible to immediately satisfy the consumer's requirements, the maximum period for satisfying the consumer's requirements cannot exceed 7 days from the date of the relevant demand, and if an examination is necessary - 14 days).

ATTENTION!   RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED REGULAR PRICE   PARCELS. IN THE CASE OF AN INCOME OF THE SENDER WITH COVERAGE, WE RETURN IT TO THE SENDER BACK.

When returning, items must be in the same form as they were received:

• with hanger
• in a plastic bag
• with tag and label
• no signs of wear (stains, holes, puffs, odor)

General points of return

If the item did not fit, or did not like it, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days after receipt, and we undertake to return the cost of the item to you after receiving the return.

With regard to goods of inadequate quality, you have the right to present the requirements provided for in Article 20 of the Law if the defects are discovered within two years from the date of transfer of such goods by the seller to the consumer.

In the case when the order was paid through the Webpay system, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made

The returned item must match the following parameters:

• Show no signs of use, socks.
• Have all tags, labels in place and must be delivered in exactly the same form in which the buyer received it.
• In the case of a bulk order, a return is possible only if the item has a manufacturing defect

The return of the item, including the cost of postage back to us, is at the expense of the buyer .

In addition, we have a table with dimensions, where you can match your parameters with the parameters of the size of the item.
2. Fabric . Unfortunately, not all models have fabrics signed. In the image, you can not always see the density, determine whether it is polyester or knitwear. That is why if the type of fabric is not specified, then you can always write to chat, email or just call us and we will clarify what type of fabric this item has.
3. Marriage . A practically excluded option. Because the clothes of those brands that we sell on our website not only do not have defects, but are sewn at the highest level. All seams are straight, there are no protruding threads, etc. Because each batch is strictly controlled by technologists. However, in the event of a defect, naturally, we will refund your money.
